  • No. Heal Wellness does not accept insurance but will help with verifying your benefits and provide documentation for out of network benefits.

  • Yes. At Heal Wellness we believe that access to high-quality clinical and coaching services should be equitable and inclusive. To honor this commitment, we use an anti-oppressive sliding scale questionnaire to determine each client’s rate for our individual services. This approach allows us to provide services at a rate that aligns with each person's financial capacity while accounting for systemic barriers and privileges that may impact their resources. • Heal Wellness offers its services through a secure Telehealth platform.

  • Our coaching services are designed to help you achieve specific personal or professional goals. Coaching provides the structure and accountability needed to achieve your goals.

    • No clinical diagnosis required: Coaching is for individuals who are functioning well but want to improve certain aspects of their lives.

    • Goal-specific and time-limited: Coaching at Heal Wellness typically addresses focused areas such as burnout recovery, life balance, or self-care practices and often has a clear start and end point.

    • Not covered by insurance: Since coaching is not considered a medical or clinical service, it is generally not reimbursable by insurance companies.

    • No Licensure Limitations with Coaching Services: Unlike therapy, which requires state licensure and is limited to the states where I am licensed, coaching services are not bound by these geographical restrictions. This means that I am able to work with clients across state lines or even internationally. Coaching focuses on personal growth and goal achievement, so it is not subject to the same regulations that apply to clinical mental health services.
